Beta testing
MyTravelPal is currently in closed beta for Android. If you'd like early access, sign up here. iOS is planned for late 2026.
Response time
We aim to reply within 3 business days. For urgent matters during a trip, please prefer emergency services (112 in the EU).
Data requests (GDPR)
You can export all your data and delete your account directly from the app: Settings → Download my data / Delete my account. For requests we can't fulfil from within the app, email privacy@mytravelpal.io — we respond within 30 days.
