Response time
We aim to reply within 3 business days. For urgent matters during a trip, please prefer emergency services (112 in the EU).
GDPR requests
You can export all your data and delete your account directly from the app: Settings → Account → Download my data / Delete my account. The steps and what is deleted or kept are on Delete your account. For requests we cannot fulfil from within the app, email privacy@mytravelpal.io — we respond within 30 days.
